Transactional Analysis (TA) is a psychoanalytic approach that examines how your past experiences shaped your personality and the way you communicate. It uses clear, accessible language — including the concepts of Parent, Adult, and Child ego states — to help you understand yourself and improve your relationships.
TA can be short or long-term. Your therapist will use a collaborative contract — agreeing on clear goals from the outset. Sessions may combine insight, experiential work, and practical tools to help you respond to life differently.
