Therapy types

Different approaches work better for different people and problems. Most counsellors are integrative — blending more than one method — but many specialise in a particular type.

🧠

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

One of the most researched therapies. Focuses on the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour — helping you spot and change unhelpful patterns.

Good for: Anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, PTSD, eating disorders.
